I was an exchange student at the University of Essex when I first met yoga and Paula. Since then I think I couldn’t live without them both! Discovering this practice opened a new world to me. A world where you are kind to yourself. I love the way Paula teaches. During the sessions, she always remembers us to practice self-love. She also knows exactly how to correct our posture so we don’t injure ourselves. And sometimes I feel that I reached a new step in the practice – especially when I directly feel the benefits of a posture. The part of the session I like the most is the relaxation at the end. After an intense yoga part, there is always time to relax. This is the best feeling. For me, it feels like a real massage to my brain! Paula is attentive and caring. And I think that it’s why I’m always happy to get on the mat.
