Yoga Classes

Paula’s yoga classes are nurturing, relaxing and physically stimulating. She focuses on creating an inclusive environment where all shapes and sizes are welcome.
The alignment-oriented classes incorporate movement, breath work, short meditations and deep relaxation. This simple but powerful Hatha Yoga practice helps you gain greater physical strength, peace of mind and self-acceptance.

Instructions:

Enter through the gates, continue pass the garden and go up the stairs of the annex building  where the studio is.

Tip:

Plough Cottage is the white house next to the Perch & Pike pub.
