I cannot praise Paula enough, the way in which she teaches is excellent! Her instructions are clear, informative and calming, we also manage to have fun! She has helped me in improving my sleep, which has had a significantly positive response with my health and wellbeing. I can’t believe I can now sleep through the night! The breathing exercises and meditation have contributed vastly to my state of mind. I feel happier, more relaxed and rarely I get anxious.
