I was enjoying and benefitting from attending Paula’s group yoga classes last year and heard she offered yoga therapy. I had a very bad skiing accident in January and was unable to do any yoga at first. Paula shared some really fantastic yoga chants and I found these very supportive. A few months later and I starting having one to one yoga therapy sessions with Paula. It was great to be starting a few yoga moves again. More than just yoga, Paula also provided a safe space for coming to terms with my injuries and made it fun at the same time. She provided me with some breathing exercises to help de-stress and keep me calm. She also provided me with some yoga flows – looking at celebrating the whole body and what it can do rather than just focussing on the injury. I have definitely seen some improvements in all these dimensions and would recommend Paula both as a yoga teacher and as a yoga therapist. Thanks Paula!
