Practising yoga with Paula and benefitting from yoga therapy has literally changed my life for the better! I look forward to every session, however tired I am, and I plan to stick with my yoga therapy into old age.
The sessions have focused on three main areas so far: lower back pain, shoulder injury and knee/lower leg pain. In particular I have developed strength in my shoulder (post-surgery) so that I can now complete consecutive one-minute planks; alleviated lower back, knee and leg pain.
The other major benefit of yoga has been the positive impact on my mental health. I have a stressful job and the breathing techniques have enabled me to conquer and manage stress and anxiety to such a considerable extent that it has been noticed and commented on by friends and family.
