Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy is a deeply personalised approach to health and well-being, grounded in the principles and practices of yoga. I take a holistic perspective, addressing not only the physical but also the mental and emotional dimensions of your being, with the objective of reducing stress and nurturing greater mental and physical vitality.

In our 75 to 90-minute weekly sessions, I tailor the experience to the unique needs of each individual. Following an in-depth initial consultation, I craft a personalised home practice designed to target the specific priorities and concerns of the client.

A key aspect of Yoga therapy is nervous system regulation. By offering a series of techniques such as breathing practices, movement, meditation and visualisation, we can send messages from the body to the brain to calm down and return to a state of equilibrium.

My overarching aim is to restore harmony and balance throughout your entire system. This involves not only addressing existing health conditions that may be causing pain and discomfort but also nurturing your overall health and fostering a sense of inner peace.
