I’ve had the privilege of seeing Paula grow through her Hatha Yoga journey. Her passion isn’t just about the poses—it’s about the calm, focus, and balance it brings into everyday life. She embraces the deeper philosophy of balance, mindfulness and connection that Hatha represents.
She doesn’t rush through the poses, time is taken to breathe, explore alignment and inner awareness, making the practice feeling holistic and grounding and being fully present in the moment.
Being around Paula reminds me that yoga is more than just movement—it’s a way of living with mindfulness and grace and motivating others to embrace the journey with patience and joy.
