I’ve been practising yoga with Paula for a year now, having joined the new men’s session, and am really happy with the experience. Each week the sessions are varied and enjoyable and the environment welcoming. Since starting, I’ve noticed an improvement in my overall fitness, feeling less stiff and more flexible. The sessions also really help to de- stress.
Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve their physical and mental wellbeing in a relaxed and friendly setting.
